“Found a Lower Price? We’ll Beat It!” Promotion

Our “Found a Lower Price? We’ll Beat It!” offer is designed to give customers confidence that they are receiving exceptional value when purchasing an electric adjustable bed from us.

1. Eligibility -To qualify for this promotion:

The competing product must be a comparable electric adjustable bed, including equivalent size, features, specifications, and mattress.
The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer.
The product must be currently available for purchase from the competitor.

2. Price Match and Beat

If an eligible competitor is offering an identical product at a lower price, we will beat the competitor’s advertised price by $50.
The price beat applies to the product price only and may, at our discretion, include equivalent delivery charges where applicable.

3. Proof Required

Customers must provide acceptable evidence of the competitor’s lower price, including:
A written quote showing the product details, competitor business name, and website address.
We reserve the right to verify all information before approving any price beat request.

4. Exclusions – This promotion does not apply to:

Clearance, liquidation, closing-down, bankruptcy, or damaged stock sales.
Auction websites, marketplace sellers, private sellers, ex-display models, or second-hand products.
Trade, wholesale, commercial, or bulk-purchase pricing.
Products that are out of stock, unavailable, or subject to limited-quantity offers.

5. Australian Retailers Only

The competitor must operate within Australia and sell products that comply with Australian standards and warranty requirements.
Overseas retailers and international pricing are excluded.

6. Timing of Claims

Price beat requests must be made prior to purchase.
Claims made after purchase will not be accepted.

7. Stock Availability

Both our product and the competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time the claim is assessed.

8. Final Determination

All price beat requests are subject to verification and approval by management.
Our decision regarding eligibility and verification is final.
We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Changes to the Promotion

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
