If you have a Home Care Package and an assessment shows that an adjustable bed is necessary for your health, safety, mobility, or independence, it may be funded as assistive technology through the aged care system.

Adjustable beds can be funded via your age package if:

  • If your having difficulty transferring in and out of bed
  • Medical reasons require you to have your head, back or feet elevated
  • You have safety issues such as falling out of bed
  • You have a carer that needs to assist you to get in and out of bed
  • You have mobility issues
  • Independent Bed lift function essential for carer OH&S

    Eligibility

    1. The $500 Cash Back Offer is available to customers who purchase an eligible adjustable bed from Town and Country Beds.
    2. The purchase must be funded through an approved aged care package.
    3. The total purchase value must exceed $4,000.00 AUD (inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated).
    4. The offer is available only to Australian residents aged 18 years and over

    Registration Requirement

    1. Customers must register their interest in the $500 Cash Back Offer with Town and Country Beds before making their purchase.
    2. Registration must be completed using the method specified by Town and Country Beds.
    3. A registration confirmation may be required as proof of eligibility.

    Purchase Period

    1. To qualify for the Cash Back Offer, the eligible adjustable bed purchase must be completed within three (3) months of the registration date.
    2. Purchases made more than three (3) months after registration will not be eligible for the offer.

    Cash Back Claims

    1. Cash back claims must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided by Town and Country Beds.
    2. Proof of purchase, aged care package funding approval, and registration confirmation may be required to validate a claim.
    3. Claims that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted without the required documentation may be rejected.

    Payment of Cash Back

    1. Eligible customers will receive a cash back payment of $500 AUD.
    2. Cash back payments will be processed after verification of all eligibility requirements and supporting documents.
    3. Payment will be made via electronic funds transfer or another method determined by Town and Country Beds.

    Exclusions

    The offer does not apply to:

    • Purchases under $4,000.00.
    • Purchases not funded through an aged care package.
    • Purchases made outside the three-month eligibility period following registration.
    • Returned, cancelled, refunded, or exchanged purchases.

    General Conditions

    1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other cash back promotion unless expressly stated by Town and Country Beds.
    2. Town and Country Beds reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
    3. Decisions regarding eligibility and payment of cash back are final.
